Role OverviewThe Project Engineer will work with a passionate and diverse team to make a difference in human space exploration, understanding the origins of the universe, and working with NASA's pursuits in deep space exploration.
What You Will Do
The Project Engineer will generate essential paperwork, assemble and test hardware, perform hardware troubleshooting, design and assemble test fixtures, and coordinate with test facilities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Experience with test procedure development
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and schedules with limited supervision
- Self-motivated, team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment
- Prior experience with hardware anomaly troubleshooting and failure analysis
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prepare written documents
- Familiarity with common hand tools and proficiency using them to perform assembly, disassembly, and troubleshooting on mechanical systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
