Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in civil engineering or construction management
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Industrial constructions principles, operations, and logistics
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Proficient computer and software skills: MS Excel, MS Project, and Primavera P6
  • Experience using construction specific software for heavy civil projects
  • Manual dexterity, physical stamina, ability to lift 80 pounds, and climb ladders or scaffolding
