Job Description
Role Overview

Participate in the design and development of truck programs, utilizing Creo/Pro-E to create optimized part and assembly of moderate to complex designs. Work with internal and external organizations to validate the designs and manage the product implementation process.

What You Will Do

Lead engineering projects from concept through production, managing scope, timing, and deliverables. Utilize PACCAR and industry systems to track costs and support new product introductions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 5-7+ years of experience in product design and development
  • Proven ability to lead engineering projects from concept through production
  • Strong expertise in cab structures, interiors, and multi-system integration
  • Proficient in CAD tools (Creo/Pro-E preferred)
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification (or higher) or equivalent DFSS experience
