Job Description

Create and maintain mechanical design deliverables, support engineering integration tasks, and assist with prototype validation. Work assignments support customer-facing projects with occasional on-site travel.

Requirements

  • Create and maintain mechanical design deliverables, including 3D models, 2D drawings, BOMs, and assembly documentation
  • Assist with the mechanical integration of conveyors, sorters, and related automation systems into customer layouts
  • Apply mechanical engineering principles such as statics, dynamics, and tolerance analysis under supervision
  • Support prototype builds, testing, and validation of mechanical assemblies and systems
  • Participate in equipment installation support, including Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)
  • Collaborate effectively with controls, electrical, and software engineering teams to support system functionality
  • Travel up 30% to support customer integration projects
