Role OverviewAs a Project Engineer for Milwaukee, you will utilize your engineering skills and project management ability to execute design changes, derivative tool releases, and general maintenance of existing products. You will lead small to medium scale engineering projects and provide engineering support on mid-level complexity projects under the supervision of a Project Leader.
What You Will Do
You will evaluate product designs relative to the selection, cost, and resolution of problems associated with materials, heat treatment, and finishes. You will assist in developing comprehensive project plans and drive project execution to meet cost, schedule, and performance targets per project plans.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or educational equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience
- Ability to travel to China & domestically several times of year
- Ability to manage several simultaneous projects
- Highly developed Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to use CAD (Unigraphics or Pro-E preferred)
- Strong problem solving skill set
- Understanding of design, testing, and manufacturing processes
- Basic understanding of various cost drivers associated with materials, labor & overhead
