Role OverviewThe Project Engineer III is responsible for leading the execution of New Product Development (NPD), sustaining engineering, and research and development programs. This role provides technical leadership within cross-functional Integrated Product Development Teams (IPDTs), ensuring product designs meet customer requirements, certification standards, and program objectives.
What You Will Do
Lead engineering activities across all phases of product development, including proposal, design, analysis, fabrication support, testing, and entry-into-service. Provide technical leadership within the IPDT, coordinating cross-functional efforts to meet program objectives, schedules, and customer requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum five (5) years of aerospace engineering experience or related field
- Minimum three (3) years of experience leading or executing new product development programs through multiple phases
- Prior experience with aircraft qualification and/or certification processes (FAA, EASA, or equivalent)
- Ability to create, review, and approve engineering drawings and models
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate engineering activities
