Job Description
ACCIONA is a global company leading in the development of regenerative infrastructure, and we're seeking a Project Engineer to support field operations and engineering coordination across one of the SR400 segments. The role involves short-term planning, documentation, and technical support to ensure construction activities are executed efficiently and in compliance with project requirements.

Requirements

  • Develop and maintain three-week lookahead schedules for structures, drainage, utilities, and paving activities.
  • Monitor and report daily production data using cost codes aligned with the project's Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
  • Coordinate with field crews to ensure availability of materials, equipment, permits, and resources.
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, and field documentation, including redlines and as-built drawings.
  • Support compliance with GDOT specifications, TIFIA reporting, and SRTA environmental requirements.
  • Attend and contribute to weekly progress and safety meetings with field personnel and stakeholders.
  • Track site activity using project documentation systems such as Procore, HCSS, and Bluebeam.
  • Assist with quantity takeoffs, estimating, and resource planning in coordination with senior engineers.
  • Support quality inspections, material certifications, and permit tracking.
  • Participate in project closeout activities, including punch list walks and final documentation.
