Job Description
Contracting Specialists DC, LLC is seeking a Project Engineer to support project management in concrete restoration and historic masonry repair. The role involves planning, coordination, and execution of restoration projects, ensuring quality, historical integrity, and timely completion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in construction, preferably in concrete restoration, historic masonry, or similar specialties.
  • Familiarity with restoration techniques, materials, and historical preservation guidelines is preferred.
  • Strong technical, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and historical documents.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
  • Ability to work on-site as needed and travel to project locations.
