Job Description
The Project Engineer is responsible for supporting and leading capital projects that enhance manufacturing operations, improve efficiency, and drive business performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field)
  • 2–5 years of engineering or project experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
  • Experience supporting or leading projects from concept through implementation
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical challenges
  • Working knowledge of project management principles (scope, schedule, budget)
  • Proficiency with CAD or similar engineering design tools
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
