Role OverviewWe are seeking a full-time Project Engineer at our Stamford, CT location. This position works directly with the entire Engineering team and collaboratively with other departments, providing leadership and support of new product development.
What You Will Do
Manage the development of new products as assigned from concept through prototype, tooling, engineering builds, pilot runs and into mass production. Oversee testing and address any issues that arise throughout the product life cycle.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Experience with the design, testing and troubleshooting of new products with at least 5 years of relevant work experience. High computer software competency with 3D modeling experience in Pro-E and/or Solid Works.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- High computer software competency with 3D modeling experience in Pro-E and/or Solid Works
- Minimum 5 years in consumer products or commercial appliances
- Experience working with Asian suppliers desirable
