Role Overview

The Project Engineer is responsible for on-site project administration and management of office engineers and jobsite administrator. The role requires attention to detail, proficient use of project management tools, and negotiation with stakeholders.

What You Will Do

Assist project manager and superintendents, accumulate data, resolve interface conflicts, assist with cost control, labor recap, change orders, and project schedule. Manage materials and equipment, run weekly meetings, and participate in safety and quality control.

Requirements

  • 4-year degree in civil or structural engineering, architecture, or construction management
  • Minimum of 2-4 years' experience on large commercial construction projects
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Strong communication skills
  • Computer software - Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel based templates, Prolog, Primavera and AutoDesk Suite
