Job Description
Role Overview

This position is accountable for planning, directing, and coordinating activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.

What You Will Do

Assists in the preparation and planning of pre-job meetings, reviews and processes shop drawings and submittals, distributes drawing revisions, prices drawing revisions and Field Extra Work Tickets, maintains RCO log and PM Submittal Log, and tracks Manhours & Job Cost.

Requirements

  • A minimum of (1) year of construction related experience
  • BS Degree in Construction Management required or related discipline and field experience in commercial concrete construction, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Working knowledge of Project Engineer functions
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS Project, Adobe, construction drawings software (i.e., PlanGrid)
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing work priorities
  • Problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills for project efficiency
