Role OverviewManage moderate to highly complex geotechnical, special inspection, and construction materials testing projects by providing technical expertise to exceed client expectations. Lead a technical or project-related team and mentor junior-level engineering staff.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute whole scopes, prepare engineering reports, manage projects, perform engineering analysis, and create and maintain project budgets.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in geotechnical, civil, or related engineering
- Three or more years of geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing project management experience
- Professional Engineer registration/licensure in MN, or ability to attain within 6 to 12 months
- Ability to lift up to 50 to 75 pounds on a periodic basis
