Role OverviewProvide site liaison support for the superintendent and the construction team on inter-discipline subcontractor coordination and overall quality of work at job sites in field operations.
What You Will Do
Assist contractors interpret the job's designs, ensure the job is constructed according to the project plans, and assist project controls, including budgeting, scheduling, and planning.

Requirements
- Degree in Construction Management preferred
- Advanced knowledge in interpreting building blueprints, including estimating
- Strong computer skills and a knowledge of construction software such as Timberline and Microsoft Project
- Experience working with 3rd party developers and state and local officials is preferred
- Good communication skills
- A minimum of 1 year of construction experience required
- OSHA training and GSWCC 1 preferred
- Experience in both areas of site improvements and vertical construction preferred
