Role OverviewWe are seeking a Project Engineer to join our Civil and Survey practice. The successful candidate will collaborate with a dynamic team to service client needs with engineering design and analysis of land development projects. The primary function of this position is to assist in the development and drafting of design plans and reports for various project types.
What You Will Do
The Project Engineer will assist in the development and drafting of design plans and reports, perform engineering calculations, prepare detailed designs, and provide technical support for projects. The candidate will also research regulations, communicate with local governmental agencies, and prepare reports and permit applications.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or related engineering discipline
- Basic 3+ years of engineering experience to include land development, site design, post construction stormwater management design, Erosion and Sediment (E&S) design and permitting and permitting
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience using the Pennsylvania Stormwater Management Regulations
- Hydrology and Hydraulics (H&H) experience, including surface water runoff modeling, stream response and floodplain interaction preferred
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and HydroCAD or similar stormwater modeling software
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills: articulate, assertive, and confident
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple, complex tasks
