Develops full understanding of project scope, manages document control, evaluates change orders, and reviews as-built drawings. Assists project manager in maintaining project schedule and cost control mechanisms.

Requirements
- Four-year Construction Management or technical degree
- equivalent combination of education and experience in construction and/or engineering industry
