Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, or related field
- 5 to 7 years of experience in composite product development for space applications
- Proven track record in managing schedules, budgets, priorities, risks, and technical deliverables on complex engineering projects
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in Aerospace Systems Engineering Lifecycle is a plus
- Experience in High Gain Antennas development is a plus
- Familiarity of aerospace materials and manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of space-qualified composite structures and their performance requirements
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
- Knowledge of the Department of Defense Systems Engineering Guidebook
