Role OverviewThe Project Engineer will work on the Maintenance Team to ensure the proper function of the complex building automation system. This includes executing Work Orders and preventive Maintenance tasks, ordering components, and jobsite coordination with technicians and sub-contractors.
What You Will Do
The Project Engineer will lead, direct, and teach BAS system operators, diagnose and repair electronic control system malfunctions, manage assigned work, and report problems or changes to management.

Requirements
- High school diploma or state-recognized GED
- Associate degree preferred
- Proven electro-mechanical aptitude
- User PC/software skills
- Familiarity with Johnson Controls Metasys and/or Schneider Electric Controls
- Knowledge of control programming and graphics for control systems
- Familiarity with energy management systems, HVAC systems, and temperature controls
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
Benefits
- $44.88/hour - $46.22 (Depending on shift)
