Role OverviewThe Project Execution US Head of Finance leads the Commercial Project Management function and is responsible for the financial and commercial management of the U.S. Project Execution portfolio. This role will partner with Project Execution leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to support project performance throughout the project lifecycle. The position will oversee forecasting, cash flow, contract management, risk mitigation, compliance, and team development while helping projects achieve their revenue, margin, cash flow, schedule, and contractual objectives.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include leading the Commercial Project Management and project finance function across the U.S. organization, serving as the primary finance partner to Project Execution and business leadership, providing financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support business decisions, and leading, coaching, and developing the Commercial Project Management team.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7-10+ years of experience in finance, commercial project management, project controlling, contract management, or related disciplines
- 1-3 years of experience leading and developing teams
- Experience in industrial manufacturing, energy, automation, infrastructure, or other project-based business environments
- Strong knowledge of project financial management, forecasting, cash flow, billing, contracts, claims, and risk management
