Job Description
At Nox Group, we seek a Project Executive to manage complex Water, Wastewater and Industrial construction projects and teams nationwide. The role involves collaborating with senior leaders, developing client relationships, and ensuring project success from preconstruction to final completion.

Requirements

  • Ability to manage several complex Water, Wastewater and Industrial construction projects simultaneously
  • Effectively communicates and collaborates with senior leaders
  • Has overall responsibility for project team success, including project safety, quality, schedule, client satisfaction and profitability
  • Participate in and potentially lead the business development process
  • Establishes and maintains professional working relationships with owners, engineers, architects, and trade partners
  • Responsible for understanding and negotiating prime contract terms and conditions
  • Ensures change orders and/or contract amendments are executed in a timely manner
  • Reviews cost models, cost estimates and construction schedules in detail
  • Mentors and develops Project Managers for future leadership roles
