Project Executive

The Project Executive for Integrated Solutions - Delivery is responsible for Contract execution, Client satisfaction, business development, contract negotiations with vendors/subcontractors, employee development, responsible for the financial performance of large and/or multiple projects, and promoting the company culture. The role involves managing project team members, championing project safety and risk management, mentoring and training project managers and superintendents, and managing project financials.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include managing project team members, championing project safety and risk management, mentoring and training project managers and superintendents, managing project financials, informing the Vice President of employee development and performance issues, and leading the development of subcontract and purchase order exhibits.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8-10 years of verifiable experience in LARGE ($20M+) commercial construction
• 4-year degree in Construction Management (or related field) AND applicable field work experience in the Company core markets
• Leadership skills
• Ability to manage complex situations and maintain focus on safety, financial performance, and client expectations
• Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and scheduling software
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment
• Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors
• Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary

Benefits

• Pay range: USD $147,873.00 - USD $197,367.50 /Yr.
