- Develops and maintains long-lasting relationships with clients, the design community, and organizations
- Develops high-performance teams through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring
- Collaborates with Sales and Marketing Departments to secure new work for the business unit
- Ensures strict adherence to ethics and compliance requirements on all projects
- Provides leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, fee and pricing decisions
- Manages and leads multiple projects simultaneously from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversees the development of the master project schedule and manages its implementation
- Provides oversight for budget and financial management for all projects
- Supports and drives utilization of various Turner initiatives and technologies
- Oversees the administration of the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program
- Drives enforcement of safety protocols by the project staff
