Role OverviewThe Project Facilitator, Federal Market will facilitate federal projects through the life of the project, from carrying out administrative functions to supporting energy guarantee reporting. This position will be assigned to projects where a thorough background check is required to work on projects.
What You Will Do
The Project Facilitator will conduct quality assurance assessments and reporting to internal and external associates, assist with project planning and creative problem solving, and coordinate project meetings with internal team members, customers, and/or utility companies.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, minimum of 3-5 years of administrative and/or operations experience, and prior project facilitator experience. The candidate must have exceptional communication skills, highly collaborative, and strong administrative and organizational skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of administrative and/or operations experience
- Prior project facilitator experience preferred
- Proficiency in MSOffice: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel is required
- Driver's license and reliable transportation required for occasional travel to customer sites if needed
- Ability to comply with and successfully complete company and federal background check processes
