Project Lead II

The Project Lead II will lead small projects of low to medium complexity, supporting company and customer requirements. The incumbent will be responsible for project management fundamentals, including priority determinations, project documentation, and budget management.

The Project Lead II will perform tasks such as making priority determinations, developing and reviewing project documentation, maintaining project portfolios, and managing project risk.

Requirements

• Must have a bachelor's or higher degree, or any combination of formal education, training and experience equivalent to eight years involvement in technically demanding program or project assignments.
• Must be security briefed to Las Vegas Operations.
• Must demonstrate knowledge and skills in resource organization and allocation, planning and budgeting, continuous quality and process improvement, configuration management, setting and measurement of program goals
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must qualify for and maintain a government security clearance
• Must possess a valid, state-issued driver's license.
