Job Description
The Project Lead oversees the creation of comprehensive project plans, maintains related documentation, timeline management, milestone tracking, and report generation and dissemination. They partner directly with the R-D and Sales teams to ensure all projects are delivered in scope and on time.

Requirements

  • Coordinate projects and New Product Development activities
  • Manage reports for monthly Product and Business Review meetings
  • Conduct project updates, including project kick-offs and leadership deep-dive meetings
  • Work with account teams to track progress of product development projects
  • Participate as a member of the team and foster strong cohesiveness
