What You Will Do
As a Project Lead with GMB, you will facilitate a consistent and positive project experience for clients and team members, capitalize on project opportunities, serve as a client liaison, and manage multiple projects through the design process.

Requirements
- Professional degree in Architecture, Engineering or equivalent from an accredited college/university
- 10+ years of experience in an A/E firm or an AEC related industry
- Experience with the K-12 and Higher Education markets
- Demonstrated leadership credentials
- Excellent organization, communication and planning skills
- Proficiency in understanding construction documents, specifications and graphic presentations
- Practiced understanding of overall project financials including design and construction activities
