Job Description
Cutler Advisors is an independent, full-service accounting and advisory firm seeking a highly motivated Project Management Administrative Assistant to support project managers and internal teams while handling administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Communicate regularly with Project Managers and internal teams regarding project needs, timelines, and priorities
  • Assist with planning, coordination, and tracking of multiple projects
  • Maintain and organize project documentation, reports, and assignments within project management software and web-based tools
  • Perform administrative tasks including data entry, report preparation, scheduling meetings, scanning, copying, printing, and filing
  • Assist with assembling, filing, and organizing tax returns and client documentation
  • Communicate with clients via email and telephone to request or clarify information
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed to support projects
  • Support general office operations, errands, and miscellaneous administrative duties
  • Complete tasks assigned by Project Managers and leadership in an efficient and timely manner
