Project Management Analyst (Federal Audit)

The Project Management Analyst will assist the Federal Audit Resource Management Team in providing comprehensive administrative and project management support across the federal audit practice and, as needed, at the project level. This role serves as a key coordination point among project managers/leadership, employees, Sikich leadership, government stakeholders, and prime contractors.

What You Will Do

Coordinate the onboarding process for new team members, track and monitor mandatory training and certification requirements, learn and utilize project scheduling and resource management tools, review and analyze employee timesheets, update and maintain project budget actuals, and support financial forecasting, resource planning, and reporting activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• In-office presence in Alexandria VA, 3+ days a week
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and effectively pivot in response to changing requirements
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement capabilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Ability to work independently while supporting a large, complex federal audit engagement
• Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and customer-service orientation
• 2 years of professional experience in administrative, project management, or resource management support roles
