Job Description
The Project Management Specialist will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the integrated data warehouse project, serving as a primary point of contact between participating agencies and vendors, and building strong working relationships with local law enforcement, state agencies, and vendor partners.

Requirements

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the integrated data warehouse project
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between participating agencies and vendors
  • Partner or collaborate with multiple stakeholder organizations, agencies, and vendors
  • Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings, status updates, and decision-making sessions
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and resource allocations
  • Track milestones and deliverables using project management tools
  • Prepare progress reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support grant reporting and performance measurement as needed
