Role Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for scoping and delivering large, complex programs end-to-end. You will lead and coordinate design/implementation efforts between internal and external teams to develop optimal solutions. You will be expected to make appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-market, clearly communicate goals and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional and remote project teams.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include collection of business and systems requirements, writing specifications, driving project schedules from design to release, and managing the production launch.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience with 4-6 years industry experience as a software developer or technical lead
  • 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
  • Knowledge in Robotics, AI/ML SW development is a plus
  • Good track record of working effectively across different groups in the organization
  • Hands-on experience with Program management tools like Jira for managing bugs and resolution
  • Agile and Scrum
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in program management principles and practices
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in agile methodology and its application in project management
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively lead project teams and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects concurrently, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to address project challenges and implement effective solutions
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software for project planning, tracking, and reporting
