Requirements

  • Bilingual (English/Korean)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, or relevant field
  • Minimum 10 years experience in a similar role
  • Good understanding of IT terminologies, Agile, and SDLC
  • Self-starter and problem solver
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Excellent documentation skills using MS Office Suits
  • Six Sigma or PMI/PMP Certification is a plus
