Project Manager - Civil Engineering

Manage multiple infrastructure projects, including bridge, street reconstruction, and traffic projects in western Pennsylvania. Oversight of design projects, contracts, and funding. Close working relationship with Local Public Agency (LPA) staff.

What You Will Do

Oversee design projects, manage contracts and funding, coordinate meetings, and work with grant agencies. Travel as required and attend training prerequisites.

Requires a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering, P.E. preferred or on P.E. track, and 6+ years of experience in engineering design or management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

• Familiarity with PennDOT Design Manuals 1 through 5 and PennDOT Publication 740
• Applied knowledge of DOT and FHWA policies and procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
