Role OverviewManage multiple infrastructure projects, including bridge, street reconstruction, and traffic projects for a Local Public Agency program. Oversight of design projects, contracts, and funding. Close working relationship with Local Public Agency staff.

Oversight of multiple design projects, management of contracts and funding, coordination of meetings, and oversight of administrative and support staff.

6+ years of experience in engineering design or management, B.S. in Civil Engineering, P.E. preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements
- B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering
- P.E. preferred or on P.E. track
- Minimum 6 years of progressively responsible engineering design or engineering design management related experience
- Familiarity with PennDOT Design Manuals 1 through 5 and PennDOT Publication 740
- Applied knowledge of DOT and FHWA policies and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
