What You Will Do
Oversee project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and cost forecasts, lead subcontractor buyout, contract administration, and ongoing coordination, and monitor project financial performance.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects for a general contractor
- Proven experience delivering projects from preconstruction through closeout with direct project ownership
- Experience managing commercial, corporate, healthcare, institutional, or multifamily construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and cost control
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation
- Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
