Role OverviewThe Project Manager I, Project Delivery (PM) will oversee aspects of the implementation of the Contract for a Delivery Project, or a portion of a IS Delivery Project. They are responsible for managing financial aspects of the Project, Subcontractors / Vendors and delivering a safe, quality outcome the meets or exceeds Company commitments.
What You Will Do
Maintain a safe and secure work environment through active participation in site planning, Safety Plan review, JHA approvals, on-site tool box talks and conducting site walks with the Lead Construction Manager. Assist the Senior Project Manager and Construction Manager for all project scope to ensure code and project requirements are met.

Requirements
- 4 Year Degree in Construction Management, applicable Engineering OR applicable field experience and 3+ years of experience
- Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates emerging leadership skills and has the willingness to address challenges, resolve issues, and motivate others while maintaining relationships
- Ability to multitask and willing to perform additional duties as necessary
