Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Drywall Project Manager to lead commercial drywall and metal framing projects from preconstruction through final closeout. The ideal candidate has a proven background managing commercial interior construction projects, maintaining strong relationships with general contractors and field teams, and delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
What You Will Do
Manage commercial drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceiling, and flooring projects from contract award through project completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and execution plans.

Requirements
- 3–8+ years of project management experience in commercial drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, commercial flooring, or related interior construction trades.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices, project scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and cost control.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Experience managing multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms is preferred.
