Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for delivering projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships.

Manage commercial electrical construction projects from kickoff through final turnover, develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, manpower forecasts, and execution strategies.

Requirements
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial electrical construction
- Experience working for a commercial electrical contractor or self-performing electrical company is required
- Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems, installation methods, construction sequencing, and field operations
- Demonstrated experience managing projects from startup through closeout
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, procurement, billing, labor management, change orders, and cost control
- Ability to read and interpret electrical plans, specifications, contracts, and project schedules
- Experience developing manpower plans, procurement schedules, and project execution strategies
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while coordinating field and office teams
- Experience collaborating with estimating and BIM/VDC teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Financially driven with the ability to proactively identify and mitigate project risks
