Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial electrical construction projects for a well-established electrical contractor in the Detroit market.
What You Will Do
Manage commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through final completion, develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial performance.

Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience with a commercial electrical contractor
- Experience working for a commercial electrical contractor or self-performing electrical company is required
- Proven experience managing commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems, construction sequencing, installation methods, and field operations
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation
- Experience collaborating with estimating and BIM/VDC teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Proficiency with construction project management software and Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with healthcare, hospital, higher education, institutional, manufacturing, or other complex commercial projects is strongly preferred
