Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Interiors Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role oversees every phase of project execution, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What You Will Do
Manage commercial interior construction projects from contract award through final completion, develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans, and coordinate with owners, architects, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel throughout each project.

Requirements
- 3+ years of project management experience in commercial interior construction
- Experience managing projects involving drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, flooring, or related commercial finishes
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, client relationships, and multiple concurrent projects
- Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms is preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed
