Project Manager - CSS

The Project Manager provides leadership, technical oversight, and project governance for Tallgrass's Carbon Capture and Sequestration (CCS) well and subsurface execution project. This role is responsible for the full lifecycle management of the CCS well delivery projects, from concept development to transition to operations.

What You Will Do

The Project Manager will execute the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution framework for the CCS subsurface project, establish and maintain project governance structures, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across project processes, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business, project management)
• 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on CCS and oil and gas well implementation
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high quality
• Strong technical expertise in CCS and oil and gas well implementation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
