Role OverviewThe Project Manager - Data Center Innovations will develop strategies, goals, and objectives for projects to ensure delivery of the project safely, on time, and on budget with high client satisfaction.
What You Will Do
The Project Manager will identify required resources, generate preliminary assessments, communicate with stakeholders, and support project execution at each project phase.

Requirements
- demonstrated proficiency in project management, engineering, or construction
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent work experience
- five (5) years of experience in project management, engineering, or construction
- proficient with scheduling software: Microsoft Project, Primavera, and/or Suretrak
- completed OSHA 30 class
- experience working for a General Contractor or Major Mechanical Subcontractor
- PE, CPM, LEED professional designations
- advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- basic estimating skills
- RCDD, CPM professional designation
- proficient with construction financial programs and software
- demonstrates an understanding of accounting and financial management
