Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) to lead CRM-related projects from inception through deployment and support.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • 23 years focused on D365 CE
  • Hands-on understanding of D365 CE modules
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing third-party vendors, consultants, or implementation partners
