Role OverviewAn established and growing Northern California contractor is seeking a Project Manager to lead electrical scopes on complex public infrastructure projects throughout the Bay Area.
What You Will Do
Manage electrical and infrastructure projects from preconstruction through final completion, lead project budgets, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, and cost controls, and oversee projects from preconstruction and procurement through field execution, commissioning, and closeout.

Requirements
- 5-10+ years of construction experience with progressive project management responsibility
- Strong electrical construction background required
- Experience managing public works, municipal, industrial, or infrastructure projects strongly preferred
- Water/wastewater treatment plant or pump station experience highly preferred
- Knowledge of electrical distribution, controls, instrumentation, generators, switchgear, or related infrastructure systems
- Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, change management, scheduling, and procurement
- Experience working with public agencies, engineers, inspectors, and complex contract documents preferred
- Proficiency with construction management and project controls software
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent industry experience considered
