Role OverviewThe Project Manager, G&A Initiatives is an internal Celldex Therapeutics hire responsible for leading implementation and improvement projects across the company's General & Administrative functions. This role drives the projects that implement, upgrade, and optimize the systems and processes those functions rely on. The ideal candidate is a versatile project manager who can flex across functional domains, build trust quickly with non-technical stakeholders, and bring consistent PM rigor to every G&A initiative.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include planning and managing finance and accounting system and process projects, building and maintaining project plans, budgets, and resource schedules, coordinating testing, data migration, and cutover activities, and tracking project-level risks and controls considerations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience, with a track record of delivering projects across two or more of the following domains: finance/accounting systems, HR/HRIS, legal/compliance platforms, or IT/facilities.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage project plans, budgets, RAID logs, and status reporting for concurrent, cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience coordinating implementation vendors, managed service providers, or outside consultants on system or infrastructure projects.
- Working familiarity with core G&A concepts (basic accounting controls, HR compliance, contract lifecycle, IT change management) sufficient to engage credibly with functional stakeholders.
- Experience within a life sciences, biotechnology, or other regulated industry, with familiarity navigating GxP-adjacent project requirements a plus.
