Job Description
The Project Manager-Industrial Refrigeration will lead the execution of engineering, design, procurement, fabrication, and field construction projects from award to field commissioning. The role will manage technical, commercial, and contractual requirements, develop proposals, and coordinate project activities.

Requirements

  • Project Management Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the ammonia refrigeration industry
  • Read & understand piping diagrams, block flow diagrams, specifications, & refrigeration drawings
  • Experience with PSM (process safety management) for end user processing facilities utilizing NH3 as a refrigerant
  • Installation of pipe & fittings utilizing good piping practices following industry standards for NH3 ammonia systems
  • Familiarity with industrial refrigeration equipment manufacturers
  • Familiarity with NH3 control and isolation valves
  • Experience with NH3 detection systems
  • Experience with polystyrene insulation installation practices
  • Experience with MIRO or PHP piping support systems
  • Familiarity with IIAR (International Institute of Ammonia Refrigeration) standards & bulletins
  • Familiarity with food, poultry, & beef processing facilities and cold storage warehouses
  • Experienced with job-site safety
  • Physical Requirements: Fast-paced general office environment, domestic and international travel possible
