Role OverviewAs an Installations Project Manager, you will support the Installation Manager with daily locker installation expertise and problem-solving. You will interact with our network of installers across the country as well as internal stakeholders.
What You Will Do
Provide installation escalation support and resolution, manage scope changes, oversee install capability, and facilitate timely resolution between install partners and Luxer teams.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in field operations, construction project management, hardware deployment, or installation management
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Vendor management and negotiation skills
- Understanding of construction environments, permitting, ADA considerations, and installation technical requirements
- Strong cross-functional communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency with project management tools, documentation systems, and basic CAD/floor plan interpretation
- Strong problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and technical troubleshooting skills
