Job Description
The Project Manager – ITS & Health Informatics role focuses on managing technology-focused projects that impact the Electronic Health Record and other ITS systems. The position aims to enhance project coordination, communication, and execution across ITS and Clinical/program staff.

Requirements

  • Manage all work to support the Change Control Board
  • Coordinate project activities between Health Informatics, program staff, and other support departments
  • Analyze and prioritize the development queue, including all tickets for review and development
  • Support the strategic roadmap of ITS updates
  • Create and maintain tables and tracking systems to monitor project statuses and priorities
  • Engage stakeholders from program and ITS to align goals and timelines
  • Organize and participate in Change Control Board Executive-level meetings where decisions are made on project direction and priorities
  • Set up and facilitate meetings at both executive and program levels, including preparing agendas
  • Follow up between Health Informatics and program staff to ensure seamless collaboration and execution, including ensuring the program’s requirements are met in the solution being developed
  • Document Change Control Board project activities and decisions
  • Develop workflows, best practices, and compliance documentation for ITS and Health Informatics projects
  • Identify risks impacting project timelines or outcomes and develop mitigation strategies
