Job Description
The Project Manager – ITS & Health Informatics role focuses on managing technology-focused projects that impact the Electronic Health Record and other ITS systems. The position aims to enhance project coordination, communication, and execution across ITS and Clinical/program staff.
Requirements
Manage all work to support the Change Control Board
Coordinate project activities between Health Informatics, program staff, and other support departments
Analyze and prioritize the development queue, including all tickets for review and development
Support the strategic roadmap of ITS updates
Create and maintain tables and tracking systems to monitor project statuses and priorities
Engage stakeholders from program and ITS to align goals and timelines
Organize and participate in Change Control Board Executive-level meetings where decisions are made on project direction and priorities
Set up and facilitate meetings at both executive and program levels, including preparing agendas
Follow up between Health Informatics and program staff to ensure seamless collaboration and execution, including ensuring the program’s requirements are met in the solution being developed
Document Change Control Board project activities and decisions
Develop workflows, best practices, and compliance documentation for ITS and Health Informatics projects
Identify risks impacting project timelines or outcomes and develop mitigation strategies
