Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction of luxury custom residential homes from preconstruction through final completion. This role is responsible for delivering high-end projects on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and client satisfaction.
What You Will Do
Manage luxury custom home projects from preconstruction through closeout and homeowner turnover, develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, contracts, procurement plans, and construction timelines.

Requirements
- Proven experience managing luxury custom residential construction projects
- Strong knowledge of custom home construction methods, sequencing, building systems, and premium finishes
- Demonstrated success managing projects from preconstruction through final completion
- Experience overseeing projects valued between $5M and $25M is highly preferred
- Experience managing multi-year custom home projects lasting approximately 16–30 months
- Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, procurement, forecasting, subcontractor management, and cost control
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, contracts, and project schedules
- Experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and project documentation
- Proven ability to coordinate architects, designers, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Client-focused approach with the professionalism to build lasting relationships with homeowners and design professionals
- Stable work history demonstrating successful project leadership
