Requirements
- Proven experience managing luxury custom residential construction projects
- Strong knowledge of custom home construction methods, sequencing, building systems, and premium finishes
- Demonstrated success managing projects from preconstruction through final completion
- Experience overseeing luxury custom homes valued between $5M and $25M highly preferred
- Experience managing multi-year residential construction projects
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, forecasting, subcontractor management, and cost control
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation
- Experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and owner communications
- Proven ability to coordinate architects, designers, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Client-focused mindset with the professionalism to build strong relationships with homeowners and design professionals
