Role OverviewThe Project Manager – MDU Engineering is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing engineering projects related to the design and deployment of telecommunications infrastructure within multi-dwelling unit (MDU) properties.
What You Will Do
Manage the full lifecycle of MDU engineering projects, develop project schedules, milestones, resource plans, and budgets, coordinate engineering design reviews and approval processes, and monitor project progress and proactively address risks, delays, and scope changes.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Telecommunications, Project Management, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in telecommunications, broadband, utilities, or infrastructure deployment
- Experience managing MDU, fiber-to-the-premise (FTTP), fiber-to-the-home (FTTH), or network construction project
- Strong understanding of engineering design, permitting, and construction processes
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
